QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/ Certificate in a relevant field
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management
• Basic Financial Management knowledge and experience
• Three years minimum management experience
• Diploma in Education Management and 5 years teaching experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively manage the day to day operation of the training institute
• Maintain all institutional records
• Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
• Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management
• Manage stakeholder engagement
• Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
