Overview
Marketing Executive
Main purpose of job: Coordinates and supervises commercialization processes and aligns strategy to marketing execution and projects.
Brand & Marketing Strategy Planning, Alignment & Execution:
- Executes long & short-term Brand Strategies
- Manages agencies in the development of communication to deliver on commercial KPIs
- Leads through the line execution of strategies in liaison with the relevant multifunctional teams
- Leads the alignment of strategies for brand to build and grow brand awareness
- Champions the brand promise, vision, position & architecture to achieve business goals
- Maintains implementation & control all cross functional alignment responsibilities
Plans Development and Execution:
- Manages and administers marketing budget with approved levels in line with agreed A&P allocations
- Develops insightful strategies
- Actively monitoring category plan sales execution in strong co-operation with ATL Marketing Team
- Constantly monitors brand performance vs. plan; proactively propose corrective actions if necessary
- Leads the presentation development of marketing quarterly / annual planning cycle presentation
- Communicate plans to sales, monitors execution, seeks feedback & post evaluates results of promotions
- Lead category innovation
- Leads copy development / adaptation and campaign preparation
- Set out clear market and brand KPI’s for all partners
- Owns pop materials and equipment central creative (look and feel) – aesthetics
- Liaises with partners (creative, media agencies etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develops & localises the Brand Strategy based on deep local consumer understanding to
commercialisation while managing cross functional teams (incl. sales, special projects, etc.)
- Develops & execute brand campaigns e.g. grassroots / sampling events, oversees sponsored events
Manage Multifunctional teams:
- Liaises with suppliers and third parties (promotions, creative, media agencies etc.)
- Deliver through work stream coordination (sales, special projects, finance, purchasing & agency partners)
- Communicates plans to sales, monitors execution, seeks feedback & post evaluates results of promotions
- Aligns and re-aligns with the Marketing Manager & Key Stakeholders on strategy and implementation
