Overview
PRIMARY
The purpose of the role of a Client Service Manager is to oversee the efficient and profitable running of a client’s portfolio of brands. The accountability for activity and output within those client brands rests with the Client Service Manager. The Client Service Manager is responsible for building and maintaining the client relationship, ensuring a productive working relationship with clients at all times. As an intermediary between the client and the agency, this position is tasked to manage the expectations of both parties consistently.

Requirements
- Minimum 8 yrs. experience
