Sales Representatives
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers ensuring they are registered and using the ordering via the app
- Emphasize the apps features to maximize legitimate sales
- Must be able to travel to new markets
- Carry out stock takes at depots throughout the company
- Collaborate with colleagues where necessary to efficiently supply customers
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Process transactions (invoicing and delivery notes for formal outlets in order to expedite delivery
- Collect customer orders, process sales, transactions through the POS system
- Prepare customer sales dispatch scheduling for informal outlets Depots and Truck Sales
QUALIFICATIONS
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Must have a Certificate/Diploma in Accounts/Marketing or Information Technology
- Must be computer literate with better skills in MS applications i.e., Excel, Word
- At-least 4 years work experience with a clean record
- A mature and responsible individual preferably aged 25 years and above
- Proven record of achieving targets.
OTHER SKILLS
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good communicator, able to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Stable personality with passion for sales and marketing
- Team player able to work with minimum supervision
- Leadership, managerial skills, integrity and be honest
- Fast leaner and easy to adapt to new environments.
