Reports to Marketing Officer. The incumbent interacts with customers and provides timely information in response to inquiries as well as ensuring that all customer communication and other records are kept updated.
Main duties
- Provides products/services information to clients
- Attends to and logs client complaints and queries in the Help Desk
- Resolves common queries regarding business services and escalates as needed per established procedures
- Assists with debt collection
- Registers business clients in business database and updates Updating of business files
Qualifications
- Certificate in Business Studies or Biomedical Sciences
- At least 1 year in sales and marketing
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Team work and adaptability
- Strong communication skills
- Previous work in the health care sector will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of NHIMA processes will be an added advantage
