Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

A minimum Diploma in Agriculture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or related field- A minimum degree qualification will be more preferred.
Minimum 3 years working in a seed or crop production related field
Seed Inspection certification/ Licensing with a recognized certifying authority
Licensed motor vehicle driver with a clean record
Experience in field digital tools and computer-based applications
