Key Management Solutions Consultancy Limited (KMSC) is looking to employ on behalf of our client (BANK) vibrant and enthusiastic young individuals to work as SALES AGENTS – COMMISSION BASED (KITWE).
We are also seeking to employ : ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT – NDOLA BASED
1) SALES AGENTS
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and build a customer base.
* Build rapport with clients and provide personalized financial solutions tailored to their needs.
* Guide clients through the bank account opening application and approval process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
* Complete all KYC documents in order to create and maintain good relationships with the clients.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the team.
* Deposit mobilization.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Grade 12 Certificate.
* Any Tertiary Education qualification, preferably business related.
* Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the financial or microfinance sector will be an added advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
*ROLES
* Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
* Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
* Create financial documents such as invoices, pay-orders, payable, receivables and purchase orders.
* Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
* Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
* Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
* Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
* Create daily reports for management and team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
A full Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent, with English and Mathematics.
ZICA / CIMA/ ACCA/ Degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting field.
Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Good verbal, written and presentation skills.
Knowledge and experience of various Accounting Software.
Competency in Microsoft and other applications including Word, Excel etc.
Good technical and analytical skills.
Knowledge on file management and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines and extended hours.
