Senior HVAC Technician Napoli Property

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and well organized individual to fill a vacancy for position of Senior HVAC Technician

Responsibilities and expectations

• Responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning and heating equipment in large commercial and industrial buildings
• Install, maintain, repair, and replace air-conditioning and heating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC systems malfunctions
• Provide quotes and estimates on equipment, materials, and labor required for each job and make recommendations on cost effective measures to reduce expenditure on HVAC Costs Company wide.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, adjusting, calibrating, and testing HVAC equipment
• Monitor overall costs of both maintenance and repairs. Perform any other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have an Advanced College Diploma in conjunction with 10+ years applicable work experience in HVAC.
• Ability to function as main point of contact for the HVAC team and manage junior and apprentice members.
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Valid Driving License
