Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and generate leads for the sales team.
- Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential B2B clients.
- Qualify leads by conducting effective needs analysis and understanding their business requirements.
- Educate potential clients about our products, services, and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate key differentiators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Knows how to use a computer efficiently
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g.HubSpot) and experience in managing customer data.
- Familiarity with basic sales concepts and a keen interest in developing sales skills further.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
