Umoyo is seeking to hire a receptionist that is professional, friendly and social media enthusiast to join our fast growing team. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist will be in-charge of rendering exceptional customer service to both our clients and visitors.
Some of the attributes you will be required to possess for this position will include but not limited to; phenomenal verbal and written communication skills, vibrant personality and creativity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Respond to all emails, phone calls and social media (Meta business suite).
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate offices.
- Receiving stock of finished products from existing and potential suppliers and; handing them over to relevant departments.
- Process online sales reports and other administrative tasks.
- Filing and abetting colleagues with other administrative duties
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service abilities required.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Experience working with social media platforms e.g Meta business suite
- Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management, ability to multi-task, define and set priorities.
- Minimum Advanced Diploma in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Law or related fields.
- Atleast 2 year previous experience in the above mentioned fields.
- Computer literacy skills a must
