As a Booking & Scheduling Valuations and Tracking Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling valuations, and coordinating tracking services. Your main focus will be to provide exceptional customer support throughout the process, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and efficient coordination between customers and internal teams. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and customer-centric approach will contribute to our success in providing top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information regarding valuations and tracking services.
- Schedule appointments for motor vehicle valuations and tracker installations based on customer availability and technician availability.
- Coordinate with Motor Vehicle Valuers & Assessors and Elite Technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and deployment of resources.
- Maintain a well-organized appointment schedule, making necessary adjustments when needed.
- Confirm appointments with customers and provide necessary instructions and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing valuation reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of information and customer requirements.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and tracking services.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulations related to valuations and tracking services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with motor vehicle valuations and tracking services is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Lusaka, Zambia.
