Administration – Clerk Lumwana Mining Company

Lumwana Mining Company seeks to recruit a highly committed employee for the position of Administration – Clerk to join the versatile Mineral Resource Management Team – PFS Section.

Reporting to the Senior Mine Geologist – PFS, you will be responsible for supporting the administration aims and goals of the PFS section by ensuring adherence to LMC’s policies and procedures in the execution of administration works.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following:

  • Assisting in general data entry as and when required
  • Carrying out administrative duties which will include general filling and provision of support information as required
  • Send and receive documents, forms and papers and keeping an up to date record of documents movement
  • Ensure the provision of accurate and timely admin clerical service
  • Assisting with preparation of PPE issues for new employees and keeping an accurate record
  • Keeping an updated inventory of all office requirements and stationery.

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate
  • Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in an admin role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills in MS Office package
