Job Purpose:
The successful incumbent will develop and grow long term Customer relationships which must result in achievement of the planned Parts Sales.
Key Outputs include but are not limited to:
- Provide Quotations to Customers – Telephone, Fax, Email and Walk-in
- Create Sales Orders for Customers (Account & Cash Sales) – Telephone, fax, Email or walk-in
- Backorder Expediting and Reporting – reordering, cancellation and follow-up/Liaise with Warehouse, Inventory, Product Support, Finance and Workshop teams to achieve key outputs.
- Manage various reference materials and tools used in the position; i.e. SIS/OTV, SP12, Olympian Compass
- Maintain ALL Reports to current and up-to-date house keeping for the work area
Qualification, Experience, and Competencies
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma in Business Administration / Procurement & Supply and/ or equivalent
- Technical qualifications would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS office, Web/Internet applications and SAP
- Product knowledge and passion for the BWE Brands
- Technical Experience/qualification, will be an added advantage
- Counter Sales or Customer Service experience
- A Clean Driver’s Licence

Team Player, Works with Minimum Supervision, Good personal and interpersonal standing for Customer relationships, Communicates clearly and professionally, ability to interpret OEM’s catalogue, attention to detail and high levels of commitment.
