We are seeking a talented and dynamic Female Marketing Executive to join our establishment, which includes a Women’s Gym, Healthy Food Cafe, and Retail Shop. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products, targeting our primary demographic of health-conscious women.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth for our Women’s Gym, Healthy Food Cafe, and Retail Shop.
- Create targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising, to reach our target audience.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify marketing objectives, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for product and service development.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking to optimize engagement and conversions.
- Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and local communities to enhance brand reputation and generate cross-promotional opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years or more) in marketing roles, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or retail industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and software, such as social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms. Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and campaign analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for health, fitness, and women’s wellness, with an understanding of the unique needs and preferences of our target audience.
