CHIPATA BRANCH SUPERVISOR:

To ensure sustainable Branch profitability through revenue growth and managing costs
To enhance and facilitate sales of assurance products by providing the requisite support to Team Leaders and Agents
To enhance Brand visibility and safeguard same through customer centricity
To manage and develop branch staff towards exceptional customer service
To ensure staff puts on proper attire, premises are well maintained and opening and closing times adhered to
To clear all claims, monitor and record all body (decedents) movements (in and out) and ensure that all funeral schedules prepared and in place
To monitor all vehicle movements, fuel consumption and usage and ensure log books are accordingly completed
To ensure vehicles are in good condition, always clean and set up a vehicle maintenance plan for the branch
To reconcile and report all sales at the end of each day and ensure deposits are done accordingly
To manage stock and assist in selling of company products and services
To provide complete details on the performance of the branch in MANCO and on a monthly basis, in the form of a written report
To ensure all electrical and mechanical assets are accounted for and fully functional
