Duties:
1. Assist in the food and drink menu plan.
2. Stand-in for the Executive Chef and manage the operations of the kitchen where applicable.
3. Ordering of supplies to stock the kitchen.
4. Assist in the training of kitchen staff.
5. Manage the shift/work schedule of kitchen staff.
6. Assist in ensuring that kitchen staff maintain applicable safety and sanitation standards as set by regulatory bodies.
Required:
1. Certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or any related field.
2. Minimum of three (3) years work experience as a Sous Chef or Chef De Partie
3. Knowledge of the Zambian environment & Market
4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
5. Experience in the use of computer will be an added advantage.
