Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our company and its services.

Qualifications

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least 5 credits.
• Studied Marketing or Business Administration.
• Being a Member of ZIM will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 Years of Experience in ICT/Printing related Sales & Marketing positions will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in managing communications, social media platforms, and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
• Must have a valid SADC Driving Licence.

Some of the Duties

• Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns on all platforms
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Attend relevant events to promote the company and its services
• Conduct field marketing activities to reach potential customers
• Design and present new social media campaign ideas
• Develop ideas and strategies on how to promote our brand and services
• Assist in the research and identification of new sales leads
• Contact and follow up with potential new customers through off-site meetings and phone.
• Stay current on industry trends and developments in online marketing to identify new opportunities.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of successful previous experience as a marketing and sales officer consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong skills in social media marketing, including experience with various platforms and advertising tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours.
• Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
