Success in this role requires ensuring that all inventory and warehouse management systems in place are compliant and maintained within agreed parameters accurately and in a timely manner. Adhere to store standards outlined in the SOP Manual, including inventory management, cleaning, shelf/warehouse display, and shelf merchandising.
Maintains responsibility for opening and closing inventory, ensuring precise coordination between the two.
Complete all required paperwork and continuously review and adjust all inventory data collection throughout the business day.
Ensure that all records of inventory transferred to satellite warehouses are updated and completed accordingly.
Archive paper and copies of all inventory management documents (stock counts, warehouse transfers, packing slips, outbound slips, daily statements, etc.).
Complete data entry for all inventory movements in inventory tracking software
Produces fully timely and accurate reports (at administrator-determined intervals).
A report that reconciles actual inventory figures with computer-generated post-inventory reports. Implement improvement processes and systems to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supply or related.
Knowledge in DEAR Inventory, Xero Accounting, Warehousing
3-5 year’s work experience
