In this role, you will be at the forefront of their business, leading the charge in achieving sales targets and maintaining the integrity of their sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects and consistently delivering results on time and within budget. They will be adept at generating revenue for the company, having demonstrated their ability to analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase sales.
In your previous role as Sales Manager, you were responsible for establishing sales targets and goals for the team in alignment with the overall business objectives. You were also involved in developing and implementing sales strategies driving revenue growth. You are adept at analysing market trends, identifying potential opportunities, and devising plans to penetrate new markets or expand existing ones. You have also monitored competitor activities and adjusted strategies accordingly.
Analytical prowess is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Additionally, you should possess strong project management skills, as they will be required to coordinate and execute initiatives successfully while adhering to budgetary constraints.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study from a reputable university
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of two years’ experience overseeing teams comprising 7-10 individuals in customer service or sales-oriented positions
Maintained thorough records of sales activities and customer interactions
Fostered and maintained relationships with key clients and accounts
Participated in meetings and negotiations with important customers, resolved any escalated issues, and ensured customer satisfaction
Demonstrated history of crafting and executing effective sales strategies
Extensive expertise in managing customer service operations
Proficiency in formal business process controls, including the ability to design new controls tailored to meet specific business requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement a set of standardised procedures to enhance the efficiency of our sales operations. Skilfully oversee customer service sales processes and systems to ensure precision and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with the executive committee to devise an inventive sales approach. Effectively carry out the sales strategy by managing staffing, creating marketing materials, and implementing captivating customer engagement techniques. Analyse sales data to identify customer trends and develop flexible business strategies. Monitor sales budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiency. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for their team members. Conduct sales training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and overall performance. Work closely with finance and management teams to align sales forecasts with overall financial goals. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate progress, highlight achievements, and identify areas for improvement to senior management.
