VACANCY : Airtel Money Products Lead – Payments
LEVEL : Assistant Manager
LOCATION : Lusaka, HQ
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for driving growth in Customer Market Share, Revenue Market Share and Return on Investment (ROI) for Airtel Money Payments products in the Mobile Money value chain. And provide support for all Airtel Money payments products including Banking transactions, Merchant Payments, International Money Transfers, Bill Payments, and Recharges.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
• Supporting new product development by keeping abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the payment space.
• Creating and managing a product roadmap, prioritization, and ensuring consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from ideation to launch for all payment services.
• Providing support in designing marketing creatives for product promotions, trade shows and other marketing activities.
• Developing an indepth knowledge of the customer, identifying and solving customer pain points around products in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:
• A recognized university degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent degree.
• Proficient in Product Management, Data Analytics and Research Methods.
Relevant Experience:
• Minimum of five (05) years in product management and marketing.
• Experience in a telecommunication environment will be an added advantage.
• Extensive product analysis and reporting experience in a complex environment.
