Since commencement of sales in July 2019, RDG has connected customers in 8 provinces, directly benefiting over 21,000 people through direct sales by commission-based agents.

POSITION: Area Sales Coordinator (PUE)
AREA: Monze
REPORTING TO: Regional Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY
Area sales coordinator will oversee the sales, repayments, and PAR management in a designated territory. He/ She will be responsible for managing sales agents, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and handling clients in the territory. The coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and building teams of sales agents using the lead agent model and will directly be involved in delivery and installations of all RDG SHS & PUE products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. AGENTS RECRUITMENT
- Source, identify and recruit goal-oriented sales agents who can sell RDG products.
- Train and onboarding the sales agents.
- Balance the gender ratio during recruitment
2. TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Carry out daily and weekly check-ins with the team to ensure there is maximum productivity.
- Track lead generations and selling processes of the sales agent.
- Coordinate aftersales customer service to ensure brand strength.
- Morning briefings with the agents before going into the field.
3. SALES, REPAYMENTS & PAR TARGETS
- Work closely with the regional supervisor in developing and establishing clear sales KPIs meant to be exceeded by sales agent.
- Monitor and push for sales targets.
- Establish a rapport with clients and communities.
4. CUSTOMER SASTIFACTION
- Optimize and improve customer service experience.
