Assistant Accountant Signet Consultancy Ltd

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team at Signet consulting limited. As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department and contributing to the financial success of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Attend to other accounting related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance (internship or entry-level experience is welcome).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
