Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, including contractors, engineers, and on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, manage resources effectively, and optimize cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships. - Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control processes, conducting regular inspections to guarantee the delivery of flawless workmanship.
- problem-Solving: Identify potential construction issues and develop proactive solutions to avoid delays and setbacks.
Requirements: - Diploma holder.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. - Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Age below 45years
