Family Development Initiatives (FDI) is anticipating the implementation of a huge Gender Based Violence project and is therefore seeking suitable candidates to fill the to fill the position of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager.
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager will oversee the implementation of all activity performance monitoring, evaluations and research, capacity building of district and sub-district activities to achieve results and use of data to inform project implementation. S/he will be responsible for ensuring the collection, data processing and use of high quality of data across all project activities, sites and offices. This position will be responsible for sectoral leadership in monitoring, evaluation, learning and related capacity development.
