A reputable organisation based in Chingola is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director
Job Summary:
To establish and maintain an effective communication between the company and its customers, amongstthe employees, and also to provide effective and efficient Secretarial/Administration Support Services.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies.
Interpersonal, organisational, numeric and computer skills.
Other: Adaptable, above 30 years old, own accommodation in Chingola/Lusaka and holds a valid Driver’s Licence.
Experience: 5 years experience in a big organisation. Exposure to Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
