Duties include:
Receive stock deliveries
Receiving cash from the customers
Preparing receipts and Invoices for the customers
Dispatch parts to customers
Fulfil parts orders for Service Technicians from the workshop
Answer customer queries and fulfil orders
Place orders with suppliers
Take part in random inventory cycle counts
Maintain a neat and orderly parts storeroom
Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of parts and supplies
Assist with any other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of Grade 12 School Certificate, Qualification in Automotive, Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or any other related field will be an advantage.
Should be able to work with a computer.
Should be Female between the age of 18 – 45.
