We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Monitoring Assistant Intern/Volunteer to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of international development, with a specific focus on project monitoring and evaluation. The Monitoring Assistant Intern/Volunteer will play a vital role in supporting the monitoring and evaluation activities of EM Associate Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans for various
projects. - Support in data collection, data entry, and data quality assurance activities.
- Assist in conducting field visits to project sites to gather data and assess project progress.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure data is collected and reported accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations based on monitoring and evaluation
findings. - Help maintain a centralized database of project-related information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and evaluation processes.
- Provide administrative support for monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Perform other duties related to monitoring and evaluation, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Development, Social
Sciences, or a related field. - Strong interest in monitoring and evaluation and a passion for international development.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to EM Associate’s mission and values.
