Qualifications & Experience

  • Recognised qualification in Catering and Hotel Management or Chef’s Degree/Diploma.
  • 3 – 6 years food preparation experience.
  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
  • National Registration Card (NRC) and COVID -19 Certificate.
