- To maintain hygienic standards in the kitchen environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised qualification in Catering and Hotel Management or Chef’s Degree/Diploma.
- 3 – 6 years food preparation experience.
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- National Registration Card (NRC) and COVID -19 Certificate.
