Front Desk Agent:
Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Determines a guest’s reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. Help guests complete registration cards and assigns rooms, accommodate special requests whenever possible.
Verifies the guest’s method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures. Places guest and room information in the appropriate front desk racks and communicate this information to the appropriate hotel personnel.
Sales Coordinator:
The Sales Coordinator primary role will be to perform general office duties and run Sales & Marketing functions e.g. filing, sending emails, typing, copying, loading special or negotiated rates on to the property management system and Maintaining Customer and company profiles.
Should assist in selling guest rooms, catering services and banquet facilities as per standard operation procedure. Also provide high-level administrative support by conducting market research, preparing statistical reports, collecting and processing sensitive data, resolving guest issues.
