Job Description:
- GPS Device Installation: You’ll be responsible for the installation of GPS devices on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they’re equipped with the latest tracking technology.
- Troubleshooting and Device Configuration: Dive into the technical details, analyze root causes of issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Documentation: Keep meticulous records of service and installation actions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Investigate and address customer complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems to keep our clients satisfied.
- Confidentiality: Maintain customer confidence by treating service information with the utmost discretion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate in Automotive Electrical
- Experience in electrical wiring of vehicles
- Auto mechanic experience is a valuable addition
- Minimum of 1 year work experience
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Sales knowledge is a definite plus
