Sales and Operations Coordinator
Altitude Investments is registered under the Laws of Zambia as a Limited Company. When it comes to customs clearing and general supply, experience is everything. We at Altitude Investments have been providing a full logistics service, including customs clearing for over 10 years now, from international corporations, down to private individuals.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, fleet management, clearing and forwarding as well as strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a fleet of motorcycles and cars, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and fueling
- Manage the clearing and forwarding process for imported goods, including customs documentation and logistics for clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base
- Conduct fleet inspections to ensure all vehicles are safe and roadworthy
- Manage customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Write reports on fleet performance and sales activity
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the company and its products/services
Qualifications:
- Minimum of grade 12 certificate
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or fleet management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Added advantage:
- Experience in social media marketing.
- Experience in clearing and forwarding
- Experience with fleet management software
- Conversant with English, Nyanja and Bemba etc
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn and manage other parts of the business
