Our client in the beverage manufacturing industry seeks a Machine Operator
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting To: Production Manager-Beverages
JOB DESCRIPTION
Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; preform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance
Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and specifications
Maintain logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerance
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 3 years plus
Education Level: Diploma Level
Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Advanced Certificate or any other related qualification
Equipment: Job related
Knowledge Of: Production machinery
Ability To: Produces the required quantity of parts within specifications
