Internship Overview
As an HR Intern at ISL, you will have the chance to learn and contribute to various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and talent development. This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience, exposure to HR best practices, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Participate in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
Support HR operations, such as maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism.
Proficiency in Google work space.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
