Customer service skills: Standardize testing through service and sales assessment tools
English: Strong command of the English language tested through interviewing.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved
Clear Enunciation: Clearly understood articulation of English.
Voice Quality: Phone interviews to test inflection and quality of voice
Standard/Advanced EXCEL Knowledge: Demonstrate the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process data.
Suitability for Work Environment: Experience in Analytical roles or a clear understanding of the requirements.
