CORPORATE STRUCTURAL RELATIONSHIP:
* Direct accountability to the Manager.
* Further indirect accountability to the Regional Sales Manager, Divisional Sales Manager, Area Manager and Regional Director or Regional General Manager.
MAIN OBJECTIVES:
* Our customers constitute the life-blood of the organisation. Therefore, it is an obligatory requirement that the primary objective of every employee shall be to serve prospective and existing customers efficiently, friendly and with respect.
* Sales Advisors are the real ambassadors of our stores as they will be the first to greet every customer entering the store. Your Manager will be relying very heavily on you as it is your main function to create “in-store traffic” and to stimulate shop sales.
* Provided that you attend to every customer and attempt to SELL to every customer, there is no limit as to what you can earn.
* Demonstrating merchandise to prospective buyers.
* Assisting with the distribution of advertising material.
