Our client in the beverage manufacturing industry seeks a suitably qualified individual to fill the positions of Milk Procurement Supervisor in the Dairy Production Department.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting To: Plant Manager – Dairy

JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitoring and developing sourcing strategies of milk procurement.
Coordinating with vendors and negotiating contracts
Analyzing costs, managing logistics system to ensure timely milk delivery
Plans and implements ways to reduce procurement costs
Implements and enforces systems
Implementing productivity standards and resolving operational problems
Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff, organizing, monitoring work processes and conducting training
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations
Ensuring that operations are completed by developing schedules, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
Ensuring timely communication and prompt resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 5 years plus
Education Level: Diploma Level
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Dairy Technology, Food and Production Management, Food Technology or any related field
Software: MS Office
Equipment: Job related
Knowledge Of: Hygiene, HACCP, ISO9001:2015 and FGSM
Skills To: Monitor and develop sourcing strategies of milk procurement
Ability To: Coordinating with vendors and negotiating contracts
