We are a vibrant and dynamic nightclub located in the heart of Lusaka, committed to delivering an exceptional nightlife experience. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Club Manager to lead our team and elevate our venue to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nightclub, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and lead a diverse team of staff, including bartenders, security personnel, and waitstaff.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the operation of a nightclub.
- Create and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere for patrons.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including beverages and supplies.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Club Manager or in a similar role within the
- hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of entertainment and nightlife trends.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for operating a nightclub.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in club management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
