The company is now seeking to recruit an exceptional, experienced and Meticulous Human Resource Assistant who is highly adept at devising successful recruitment strategies, coordinating with superiors and executing effective HR policies, practices and plans that will result into an effective workforce team that adheres to corporate directive and keen at achieving goals under minimum supervision.
Detailed Job Description Include The Following:
- Screen, interview, and recruit new real estate agents
- Hire qualified candidates for appropriate and open positions
- Assist current real estate agents with any issues they may be having
- Manage the recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing leadership of all future administrative hires
- Hold agent(s) accountable for conducting all agreed upon lead generation activities
- Ensure that all agent activities are limited to listing property, showing property, negotiating contracts & lead generation
The HR assistant is also responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Age 24 – 40 years old
2. Portfolio of previous HR hands on practical execution of tasks & Responsibilities.
3. 3+ years of experience in the similar HR capacity
4. Thorough knowledge and wider spectrum of the HR Profession field
5. Expertise or proficient in executing HR duties using the Sage 300 People HR Software.
6. A Registered member with an active Affiliation Certificate to the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management professional Body.
7. A Degree or an equivalent Diploma Qualification in a related field
8. Strong pressure resistance and sense of responsibility.
