Zambeef Products PLC is the largest integrated cold chain food products and Agribusiness Company in Zambia and one of the largest in the Southern Africa region. It is involved in the primary production, processing, distribution, and retailing of beef, chicken, pork, eggs, dairy, fish, flour, stock feed, and day-old chicks throughout Zambia and the surrounding region.

BRAND MARKETING MANAGER – HEAD OFFICE (01)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of the overall Marketing strategy
- Supporting the planning and execution of market research studies to gain market and consumer insights
- Sound management of the Marketing budget
- Management and execution of all branding-building initiatives which include trade/corporate events, product launches, and sponsorship
- Supporting the development of the brand portfolio across the Zambeef Divisions
- Managing all branding requirements within the Group through its various Retail channels i.e. Macros, Zambeef Outlets and other Retail supermarkets
- Supporting the planning and execution of all brand and product marketing campaigns
- Staying abreast of marketing trends and best practices in the industry
- Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders to aid in the successful delivery of Zambeef’s Marketing agenda
The Required Qualifications are:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any Business-related field
- At least 5 years of experience
- Experience in international organisations within FMCG industry is a plus
- Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
