Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of two chefs, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Develop and update menus, incorporating a variety of cuisines to meet diverse customer preferences.
- Source high-quality ingredients and establish strong relationships with suppliers.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize kitchen processes for efficiency.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment.
In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, culinary techniques, and trends.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative flair and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
Proven ability to manage kitchen finances and control costs.
