1. TITLE: FIELD OFFICER (7) – LUSAKA, SOUTHERN, EASTERN CENTRAL PROVINCES
REPORTING TO: SENIOR MANAGER – SALES AND MARKETING
Key Competencies, Responsibilities & Critical Success Factors
- The Field Officer is responsible for achieving maximum sales targets. The job is responsible for growing the market.
- To monitor, control and co-ordinate the execution of all territory sales and marketing functions and activities in order to achieve set budget targets.

Who are we looking for?
To be considered you will need:
- Diploma in General Agriculture/Sales/Marketing/Business Administration/Agronomy
- Membership to respective professional body
- Grade 12 School Certificate with five (5) ‘O’ Levels (credit or better)
- Two (2) years’ experiences in sales and agronomy activities
