*Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenant
- Inspect and maintain the expected standard of works undertaken by the in house staff. Including house keepers, guards and maintenance staff
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
*Minimum requirements and experience:
1. Minimum grade 12 qualification.
2. Experience in property / hotel management / supervision
3. Well organized with excellent time management skills
Other skills and Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service focused and disciplined in nature
- Strong attention to detail and self-driven
