Day to day Responsibilities include:

• Safely and efficiently deliver pizza orders to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Verify the accuracy of the order before leaving the store to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a friendly and professional behavior.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Plan delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and prioritize multiple deliveries as needed.
• Conduct routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Exercise caution and defensive driving techniques to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with store staff and management regarding delivery updates, customer feedback, and any issues encountered during deliveries.
• Keep the delivery bike clean and organized.
• Assist with store duties during non-delivery periods as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 certificate
• Not less than 5 months proven experience
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
