1. RDO Analyst x1(D2) – Permanent
This position reports to the RDO Manager.

Are you an analyst that wants to have a cross functional view of the business? As an integral part of our success engine, you’ll dive into data streams, extracting insights that pave the way for decisions making. Your role will interact with managers across the business.
Key Performance Areas
- Operationalize governance including decision rights, escalation process, how RDO interface with business functions and initiatives.
- Develop, manage and refined program calendar and decision drumbeat.
- Develop and maintain integrated plan incl. monitoring interdependencies, leading initiative portfolio prioritization and preparing program update meeting materials.
- Report Overall Country Must-win Battles progress via insightful presentations and PM software to RDO Manager and Country HODs fixed frequency
- Collecting data from various project sources, analyzing it, and creating reports or dashboards that help stakeholders understand project performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assisting initiative leads in conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring progress in risk mitigation efforts, and running imitative pulse check survey, leading escalation of risks.
- Support launch and decommissioning of initiatives incl. coordinating initiative hand off plans and assessing interdependencies.
- Onboarding of all new Imitative leads on must-win battle governance.
- Manage initiative life cycle process incl. coaching teams on process tools (e.g., Power Steering) tracking delivery of required project activities, and enabling RDO COE support in change and value.
- Monitor change capacity and address overload incl. managing and owning capacity assessment and reassessing resourcing needs.
- Engage with various stakeholders, including initiative managers, team members, and senior leadership in collaborating with them to gather project information, provide updates, address queries or concerns, and ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Provide valuable support and contribute to the successful development of initiatives by monitoring progress, tracking performance, improving processes, managing risks, optimizing resources, and facilitating effective communication among projects stakeholders.
- Manages interface with initiative managers to enable tracking and management of project lifecycle activities interdependencies.
- Provide visibility of progress and key risks across the RDO.
- Provide support to RDO manager and teams assisting with Initiative planning, monitoring initiative progress, and identifying risks or issues that may impact initiative delivery.
- Maintain RDO documentation and facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Minimum specifications / Requirements areas
- 5+ years’ direct work experience
- Degree in a numerical or technical discipline.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical experience.
- Respected and influential, able to challenge leadership team.
