Job Description:
As a Production Manager at Nutribunny Lifestyle, you will play a pivotal role in managing the production process, optimizing productivity, and ensuring that all products meet or exceed quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage production schedules, resources, and staff to meet production targets and deadlines.
Monitor and control the production process to ensure it is efficient and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high product quality and reduce defects.
Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Oversee inventory management to ensure the availability of raw materials and supplies.
Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks, optimizing processes to increase productivity.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to production staff.
Monitor and manage production budgets and expenses.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Requirements:
Proven experience in production management or a related role, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of production processes and methods.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional training.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
