Branch Manager (Ndola) (Position) 1
Main Duties will include the following;
- To oversee and manage the operations of the branch and ensure growth and profitability.
- Implementation of the company’s corporate business/Marketing strategy.
- Selling of Insurance policies to corporate and individual clients on behalf of Veritas General Insurance.
- Sourcing for new clients and developing Clientele base for growth and profitability in the region.
- Ensuring all claims reported are quickly processed and equitably settled within record time.
- liaising and accurately advising clients on all Insurance related matters.
- Notifying clients on all expiring policies in preparation for renewal.
- Performing administrative tasks for smooth operations of the branch.
- Identifying customer needs and providing advice to client on loss prevention and control.
Requirements.
Minimum Degree in Risk Management/Insurance & Pension Management/ Business Administration/Accountancy/ Economics and any other relevant qualifications.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with prove results.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft word and excel
- A vibrant candidate with a good network of business connection.
- Self-motivated and business out-going.
- Customer Centric, willing to go over and under for VGI customer.
- Passionately & empathetic service provider.
- Reliable, can work with minimum supervision.
