The Cancer Diseases Hospital (CDH) is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacancies to be based in Lusaka.

Senior Data Management Clerk X 1 position

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties;
• Handle complaints and provide timely responses to ensure patient/ client satisfaction

• Distribution of cards for registered members seeking a service from the institution
• Provide guidance and education on national health insurance scheme to patients/clients including timely responses to queries
• Effectively and proactively communicate with patient/client to ensure effective engagement.

• Maintains records of patients/ clients.
• Collection and Processing of service request forms for patients/clients
• Billing of services provided to the patient/clients

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Full grade twelve (12) certificate
• Certificate in computer studies/ICT
• Diploma in computer studies/ICT will be an added advantage
• Zambian citizen
• Minimum age (18-45)
• Proven work experience will be an added advantage
