HR Coordinator Caritas Czech Republic

Caritas Czech Republic in Zambia, an international NGO active in humanitarian aid and development cooperation implementing projects in Zambia, is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator.

The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of human resources within Caritas Czech Republic in Zambia. This role requires a deep understanding of human resource management principles, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. The HR Coordinator will be instrumental in aligning organizational objectives with HR policies, contributing to developing a skilled and motivated workforce that drives the success of Caritas Czech Republic’s mission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Managing employee relations and providing support for conflict resolution.
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
  • Conducting training programs to enhance the skills and capacities of our team.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with legal
    requirements.
  • Collaborating with department heads to address staffing needs and performance
    management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
    field.
  • Proven experience in HR coordination, preferably within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of local labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
