Job Title: Content Creator
Location: 80% Remote, 20% Onsite
Company Overview: Bateleur Business Advisory is a dynamic and innovative company that is passionate about helping businesses grow through acquiring cheaper capital, financial optimization programs and digital marketing . We are currently seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our growing team. As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy, engaging our target audience, and enhancing our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:
- Create compelling and high-quality content for various platforms, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and goals.
2. Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
3. Content Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to organize and schedule content releases.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure content is aligned with product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
4. Multimedia Production:
- Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and graphics.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life.
5. SEO Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance the discoverability of our content and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
6. Audience Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and inquiries on various platforms.
- Foster community engagement through thoughtful and authentic interactions.
- 7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content across different channels.
- Provide regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in consulting firms
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types and styles.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and software.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 ‘O’ levels with credit or better in English and Mathematics
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
