Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Handling calls, and emails, and providing necessary correspondences.
– Managing social media and other online communication tools.
– Keeping the office clean, stocked, and organized.
– Issuing quotations, invoices, and receipts.
– Developing and maintaining a filing system.
– Monitoring supply orders and supplier relations.
– Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers.
– Carrying out basic bookkeeping and submitting and reconciling expense and sales reports.
– Managing and supporting sales and marketing activities.
– Scheduling meetings/appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating events as necessary.
– Serving as a personal assistant to the Director.
– Working closely with the Director to oversee daily business operations.
– Performing any other tasks delegated by the managing director.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
– At least 3 years of work experience in the same or related positions with at least 1-2 years spent at one workplace.
– Must be computer-savvy.
– Proficient with MS PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
– Good time management skills.
– Excellent spoken and written communication in the English language.
– Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
– Conversant with social media, especially LinkedIn and Facebook.
– Ability to multitask.
– Self-driven with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
– Generally, must be smart.
– Preferably residing near Great East Road.
